Our self defense training applies the movement principles of tai chi along with a modern understanding of anatomy to study the physics, physiology, and psychology of violent crime.  It is best for anyone who wants to have a comprehensive picture of how best to identify, avoid, and if necessary, survive dangerous situations.  The training is non-strenuous and suitable for all levels of physical condition.
