Meditation takes us into our own subconscious, what some might call a visit to the soul.
The soul is like a garden. It must be tended, or weeds will grow.
If our garden is overgrown it may not be a very pleasant place to visit.
The only remedy is to spend more time tending it!
Some may disregard the task entirely, thinking they may find contentment elsewhere than in their own garden.
Such people will remain restless as long as they persist in their folly.
